Amara – Testing, Documentation, & Support PM

A Testing, Documentation, & Support (TDS) PM ensures that new functionality is well tested and works as expected. They accomplish this by doing hands-on testing and/or guiding stakeholders through testing processes. TDS PMs also create easy-to-use and well-organized documentation that enables users to proactively find solutions. When users have questions that documentation cannot address, TDS PMs help out in public forums, as well as Amara’s internal help desk.
