We are excited to share our newest  update on Amara to improve the user experience. The updated Video page is the new central place to manage videos for your team.

AMARA PLUS

Our Amara Plus admins can now find everything that they need to manage their videos directly under the Video tab: add new videos, edit video metadata, move or remove videos as well as download subtitles. All of these actions can also be performed in bulk.

You can also switch easily between gallery or list view, sort and filter your videos, and search by video title to find specific videos quickly.

Get an overview of how many subtitles are completed or are in progress using our new improved Details dialog. View, edit existing subtitles or start new subtitles.

AMARA PRO and AMARA ENTERPRISE

Our Amara Pro and Amara Enterprise admins and managers (depending on permissions) can now find everything they need to manage their videos directly under the Video tab: add new videos, edit video metadata, move or remove videos, create new requests for videos as well as download subtitles. All of these actions can also be performed in bulk.

You can also switch easily between gallery or list view, sort and filter your videos, and search by video title to find specific videos quickly.

Get an overview of how many subtitles are completed or are in progress using our new improved Details dialog. View or edit existing subtitles (depending on workflow) with a direct navigation in the Details dialog:

If you need a more detailed overview of all subtitle requests in your team, the Requests page is the right place.  On the Requests page, admins can see all requests, filter and sort requests, as well as edit  or create new requests.

  1. Thanks a lot for this update! I wished for years to delete some videos that I added to Public Amara by accident without creating paid team. Now I am able to do it, and that’s awesome!
