Upcoming API change

Posted on May 31, 2018November 1, 2018 By kslottow No Comments on Upcoming API change

In the course of a routine security audit we have decided to disable changing account passwords using the API in the near future.

Please let us know by Wednesday, June 6th if you currently require this capability in your workflow! If you need some lead time to adjust your code or workflow, we can wait on the change for our standard versioning lead time of six weeks to three months. If we don’t hear from anyone, we will move forward with the change in mid-June.

If you’re a current Amara API user, you should have received this message in your email, too – if not, please email support@amara.org and let us know, so we can invite you to the group for future Amara API related updates!

Thanks,

The Amara Team
